Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• We require at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
   
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service upon the service provider's discretion.

• If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment without notice, you may be charged 100% of the service total.
   
• Repeat no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment when booking future appointments.

• Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
   
• In such cases, a late cancellation fee may still apply upon the service provider's discretion.
