Pure Beauty Aesthetics and Wellness PLLC is owned by A.J. Ronan, DO. Pure Beauty Aesthetics and Wellness PLLC is responsible for medical services, clinical protocols, patient evaluation, treatment planning, prescribing, supervision of clinical personnel, medical records, and patient care.

Pure Beauty GR LLC provides non-clinical management and administrative support services to the PLLC. 

Pure Beauty GR LLC does not provide medical services, does not practice medicine, does not prescribe, and does not control clinical decision-making.

If you have questions about your medical care, treatment plan, prescriptions, clinical records, or the provider responsible for medical services, please ask to speak with the PLLC or Dr. Ronan.

A good faith examination and medical evaluation may be required prior to receiving any cosmetic or aesthetic treatment. Your provider will review your medical history, current medications, relevant health conditions, treatment goals, and any potential risks or contraindications to determine whether the requested treatment is appropriate and safe for you.

Completion of an examination does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or performed. Your provider may determine that an alternative treatment, additional evaluation, or postponement of treatment is appropriate based on their professional judgment.

All treatments are subject to provider evaluation, informed consent, and applicable laws and scope-of-practice requirements.
